Friday, August 15
- Open to the Public 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Vendor Set Up and Sales 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Exhibitor/Koi Check In 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday, August 16
- Open to the Public 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Judging Commences 10:00 am
- Judges "Tank Walk" and Q&A begins at 4:00 pm
Sunday, August 17
- Vendors may begin "break down" of their booths on Sunday morning
- Exhibitors may begin taking koi home Sunday morning
- Show breakdown begins at 9 am and ends at 12 pm

Banquet
The awards banquet will be on Saturday 7pm at Park Tavern. Ordering will be off the menu
